Sarah & Laurence
Old Bridge
4/5/2019
Such a cool wedding…first we were both presented with a festival wrist band, then we spotted a Love swing, behind that Sarah and Laurence’s names in big colourful letters, then the couple’s dog Max running around, and fire pits and sparklers to finish the day!
When we first met Sarah and Laurence they made it very clear they wanted their day to have a festival feel about it, and that’s exactly what they had. It was such a relaxed chilled day, with their dog Max being their Number 1 guest! With hair and make up all done in plenty of time, we met Sarah in the marquee where she was busy sorting flowers and adding the final touches to the tables, it’s not often we meet such a relaxed bride! With time to spare we headed over to see Laurence and his best man Jonny who were both having a few expressos in the bar. Back to the bride who was now in her dress…and what a beautiful dress it was too, perfect for the theme of the day. Todays ceremony was outside which was just what the couple had hoped for and it was lovely. A quick mingle with their guests and it was over to the bluebell covered woodland area, and of course Max came too making for some great family shots. The day continued with more pictures on the ‘Love Swing’ and a walk around the gardens. Late afternoon and the hog roast was served followed by the speeches, including the groom’s Mum who caught everyone by surprise.
The first dance was accompanied by Jordan Lindsay, playing acoustic guitar and of course Max! Just before we left and with the sun going down it was time for the sparklers…a great way to finish an awesome day.
Thank you Sarah and Laurence for asking us to be part of your day.
