Sophisticated and relaxed wedding at Quantock Lakes

We recently had the pleasure of photographing Katy and Shaun’s beautiful wedding day at Quantock Lakes. The day was filled with love, laughter, and stunning details that truly reflected the couple’s personalities.

As we arrived at the venue, we were immediately struck by the elegant beauty of Katy’s wedding dress and the stunning pastel florals that adorned the venue. The atmosphere was laid back, relaxed, and filled with joy as guests mingled and enjoyed the beautiful day.

Our aim at Quantock Lakes was to capture the essence of the day in a natural and sophisticated way. We wanted to tell the story of Katy and Shaun’s wedding by capturing the genuine emotions and special moments that unfolded throughout the day.

One of the most memorable moments from the day was the entertainment provided by Darren Campbell, the magician, and the singing waiters who serenaded the guests after dinner. The evening was filled with laughter, magic, and joy as the sun set in the background, creating a truly magical backdrop for the celebrations.

As the evening continued, guests gathered around a fire pit to toast marshmallows and enjoy the warm glow of the fire. The night ended with a bang as the party kicked off and champagne bottles were popped in celebration of the newlyweds.

We are grateful to have been a part of Katy and Shaun’s big day at Quantock Lakes and to have captured the love and joy that surrounded them. Our documentary style of photography allowed us to capture the essence of the day in a natural and sophisticated way, creating memories for the couple to cherish for years to come.
